The Erlanger Board of Adjustments is a board consisting of five (5) citizens (no city employees or council members), who are appointed by the mayor and approved by city council, that hear cases regarding conditional use permits, variances, change from one non-conforming use to another and appeals of the zoning administrator's decision.  They meet on the fourth Monday of every month and applications shall be submitted by the first Friday of the same month.  Each member will serve a term of four (4) years.
